Microsoft has announced that this month’s updates will include additional patches to stop attacks similar to the Wanna Cry ransomware. If you have Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 and have Windows updates set to automatic there is no need to do anything.
Microsoft is also providing the same patches for unsupported operating systems XP, Vista and Windows 8 but you will need to do the updates manually.
